EFT is a very easy to learn relaxation technique, and can help you to:

I have tried using a variety of methods and therapy techniques, in my practice over the years and have been exposed to many more, both traditional and alternative. NONE have come close to the success rate I have experienced with “Emotional Freedom Technique,” or EFT.

I highly recommend that you at least give EFT a try.  EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is one of the new Energy Psychology techniques that have been transforming our understanding of how to create health and well-being, quickly and effectively.

EFT was originally designed to overhaul the Psychotherapy profession. Fortunately that goal has been reached as EFT has dramatically reduced therapy time from months or years down to hours or minutes. So, I try it on everything!!

What is EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique) ?

EFT is a relaxation technique.  You relax well established acupuncture points on your body by tapping them with your fingertips. It can be easily learned and done by anyone, young and old alike in fact my youngest client is 6 years old, the oldest is 87.

  • EFT often works where all else has failed.
  • EFT can get to the root of the problem very quickly.
  • EFT is simple to use and can be used as a self help tool, you will it find useful to assist you in times of need or to speed up the process when working with a therapist, by doing “homework” between sessions.
  • EFT can be done on the telephone, which means where you are located ceases to be a problem, and also that I can assist in an emergency situation, such as a panic attack.

The routine may appear to be a bit unusual but you will see the almost miraculous results in easing negative feelings and instilling positive ones.

With Emotional Freedom Technique, while mentally focusing on the psychological/emotional issues, pressure is applied to the relevant points by tapping on them with your fingers. This tapping balances out the disturbance in the body’s energy system at that moment, balances out the negative emotion or negative feelings about an issue and applies to all issues including:
